私も仙台でイタリアンが好きでいくつか店舗を巡りましたが、『TOTTI』は特に隠れ家的なお店で落ち着ける雰囲気が魅力的です。店内は3階にあり、街の喧騒を忘れて食事が楽しめる穴場スポットだと感じました。 生パスタの太麺はソースがよく絡み、もっちりとした食感がクセになります。特に6月から提供開始の生ウニのクリームソースは、濃厚でありながらトマトのさっぱり感もほんのり感じられ、全くしつこくありません。ウニは臭みがなく、新鮮なのが伝わってきました。これに合うワインもシェフが厳選しており、食事とのバランスが絶妙です。 また、生ハムのペペロンチーノは生ハムが厚切りでたっぷりのっていて、ペペロンチーノのピリッとした辛さと塩気がうまく調和されています。個人的には、ペペロンチーノにここまで生ハムがのっているイタリアンは珍しく、ワインとの相性も最高でした。 ワンオペ営業のため提供に時間がかかる場合もありますが、時間に余裕のある友人や恋人との語らいの場にはぴったりです。仙台の中でも青葉通り一番町駅から徒歩すぐでアクセスも良く、ランチよりもディナータイムに訪れることでワインも楽しめ、より一層満足感が得られます。 ホットペッパーの評価4.2も納得のクオリティで、予約は必須です。自分が訪れたときも予約していたためスムーズに入店できました。仙台市中心部で本格イタリアンをゆったり静かに味わいたい方には、TOTTIはぜひおすすめしたいレストランです。
