The main problems with the original kitchen were disproportionality, deep stains, and structures that began to be "unspeakable," so we decided to make a fully closed kitchen to eliminate the problems of rats, cockroaches, and uncleanliness!

With the budget we set in mind, I drafted the need to send it to the exhaustive contractor:

Structure and Roof: Redismantled! But if the frame is available, it does not need to be replaced, but changed to PU Foam Roof for cool and quiet.

Walls and Floors: Forming 3 new walls, tiling both floors and walls (this task is simply wiped)

Kitchen Countertop: Make a New Countertop, Infused Floor, South Side, Anti-Moisture Countertop, Dishwashing Sync Drop, and Flush Gas Stove (For Barking Dog Luxury) 😅

Water-Lighting System: New Well-Wastewater Extension, 4 Power Outlet, and 2 Lighting

Strange but true: Attached to the Hood, but "Do not penetrate the roof!" because I am very afraid of leakage (purely personal concern).

Moving Mission: Continue the new water pump, and move the water tank in front of the house to save space.

💰 The Black Battle: Three Contractors with Trembling Numbers

After announcing the courage to create a new kitchen, three contractors came forward (with the condition of the contractor: We bought the tiles, grout and kitchen utensils, and the building materials, pipes and roof provided by the contractor).

Chap 1: The opening price comes to 110,000 baht (standard, quality assured).

Chao 2: Chasing each other at 104,000 baht (focus on detail)

Chao 3: Very surprise price of 85,000 baht (friendly price to shock!)

The difference between the most expensive and the cheapest is $25,000! Who do you choose between peace of mind at the price of a hundred thousand trees, or risk a friendship at the price of 80 thousand?
