私が行ったのは「黒墨商店 所沢店」。20:00〜24:00営業なので、仕事終わりやドライブのついでに“今やってるスイーツ”を探している時にかなり助かります。いわゆる「所沢 24時間営業 カフェ」みたいに朝まで居座るタイプではないけど、深夜帯に手土産や夜スイーツを買えるお店って意外と少ないので、知っておくと便利です。 まず気になる値段は、ケーキドーナツが各450円、ドリンクは400円〜。個人的に初回は人気の「カスタードブリュレ」がおすすめ。表面がパリッと香ばしくて、中のカスタードがとろっとしていて、甘いのに重すぎない印象でした。ドーナツというより“シフォンケーキみたいな、しっとりドーナツ”に近くて、夜でも食べやすいです。チョコ系は甘さとザクザク食感が強めで、しっかりご褒美感が欲しい日に向いてました。 「夜のドーナツ専門店」って油っこいのかな？と心配してたんですが、ここは揚げずに焼き上げ。食べ終わった後の胃の重さが少なくて、夜スイーツ初心者にもハードル低めだと思います。あと、流行りのアサイーはここだと“ヨルイー”として売っていて、盛りがかなり多め。友達とシェアしても満足感ありました。 イートインについては基本テイクアウトですが、隣接スペースにベンチがあるので、その場でサクッと食べることも可能。外観が黒くて市松模様の小窓が目印なので、初めてでも見つけやすかったです。狭山ヶ丘駅から徒歩8分くらい。車なら近くにコインパーキング（交差点付近に約30台）があるので、「遅くまでやってるケーキ屋 近く」を探してふらっと寄るのにも向いてます。 ちなみに検索だと「黒蜜商店」「墨黒商店」みたいに表記ゆれで出ることもあるので、探すときは「黒墨商店 所沢店」で見るのが早いです。行く前は不定休なので、営業時間と売り切れ状況だけ公式SNSで確認しておくと安心でした。
