In this shop in Higashimatsuyama, the signboard and the inside of the shop are amazing, and the large serving of gravy soba appeared like a ridiculous mountain 🌋

「そば屋敷 花月庵」に行く前に知っておくと安心だったポイントを、体験ベースで補足します。東松山で“蕎麦 大盛り”“デカ盛り”を探している人は参考にしてみてください。 まずアクセスは、東松山駅から車で約5分。駐車場ありなので車移動がラクでした。逆に徒歩だと距離があるので、近くの蕎麦屋を探していて「駅チカがいい」場合は注意かも。店内はテーブル席が多めで、ピークを外したつもりでも閉店1時間前でも混んでいました。タイミングによっては相席になることもあるので、ゆっくり喋りたい日より“サクッと食べたい日”に向いている印象です。 注文は迷ったら看板メニューの肉汁そば。価格は950円で、大盛りは＋200円。大盛りにすると本当に山盛りで、写真で見る以上に高さがあって「今にも崩れそう」な盛り方でした。初見だと量のイメージがつきにくいので、普段から大盛りに慣れていない人は通常サイズでも満足できると思います。 味のポイントは“濃いめのつけ汁”。しっかり醤油感があって、そこに肉の旨みとネギの甘さが重なります。蕎麦は盛りが多い分、つけ汁が薄まらないように少しずつ付けて食べるのが個人的におすすめ。最初にガッツリ浸けるより、後半まで濃さが保てて最後まで美味しかったです。 また、デカ盛り系のお店って提供が遅いこともありますが、ここは回転が早めに感じました（混雑日は変わるかも）。売り切れ次第終了なので、確実に食べたいなら早めの来店が安心。定休日は木曜と祝日なので、遠方から行く場合は営業日チェックをおすすめします。 東松山で「蕎麦屋 大盛り」「近くの肉そば」を探しているなら、一度は試してほしい一杯です。とにかく腹パン確実なので、食後の予定は軽めに組むのが正解でした。
