私が訪れた『牡蠣小屋 恵比寿丸』では、何と言っても牡蠣の鮮度の良さに驚きました。北海道仙鳳趾産のぷりぷり生牡蠣はそのままでも味わい深く、炭火で焼くと香ばしさも加わり最高です。牡蠣鍋はタラやホタテが入り、和牛のモツが鍋の旨みをグッと引き立てていて、辛さとコクのバランスが絶妙でした。 また、寒い季節にぴったりのハマグリの酒蒸しや豪快なガンガン焼きなど、海鮮と肉のセットが充実しているので、色々な味を楽しめました。私たち家族は子どもも一緒でしたが、テラス席に風除けもあるので快適に過ごせました。場所は埼玉の自然公園やアグリパーク近くで、車でのアクセスも便利。2025年4月上旬までの期間限定営業なので、鮮度抜群の生牡蠣や牡蠣鍋を味わいたい方にはぜひおすすめです。予約時に「食べて埼玉を見た」と伝えるとサービスもあるのでチェックしてみてください！
