「浦和 うなぎ浜名 閉店」って検索して不安になり、私も実際にお店へ確認がてら食べに行きました。創業45年の老舗で、百名店にも選ばれているだけあって、開店直後から席がかなり埋まる印象。閉店予定の話題が出てからは特に混みやすいので、“行ける日が決まったらまず電話”が安心です。 当日の流れとしては、私は前日予約→当日少し早めに到着、という動きがいちばんスムーズでした。うなぎが売り切れ次第終了と書かれているので、遅い時間の来店ほどリスクが上がります。ランチならラストオーダー（平日13:30）より前でも、混雑状況によっては提供に時間がかかることもあるので、予定は余裕を持っておくのがおすすめ。 料理は「うな重（大）」を選びました。こちらは“幻の共水うなぎを使用”というのが大きな魅力で、備長炭で焼き上げた香ばしさがしっかり。外側はパリッとしすぎず上品に香り、身はふっくらで脂が重たくないタイプでした。たれは甘すぎず、最後まで飽きにくいバランス。うなぎ屋さんによっては濃いめのたれでご飯が進む系もありますが、浜名は鰻そのものの旨みをきれいに楽しめる印象でした。 一緒に頼んだ肝焼きも満足度高め。苦みが強すぎず、香ばしさが立ってお酒や白ごはんにも合います。「うなぎ浜名 写真」で探している人は、うな重はもちろん肝焼きも撮っておくと“らしさ”が伝わりやすいと思います。 注意点もいくつか。お店に駐車場はないので、車なら近隣コインパーキング前提。浦和駅から歩ける距離なので、食後に散歩しながら駅に戻るのも気持ちよかったです。営業時間・定休日は変更になることがあるので、行く前に公式情報の確認は必須。 「浦和 うなぎ 閉店」「浦和 鰻 老舗」で探している人ほど、閉店までに一度は体験しておきたいお店だと思います。行けるタイミングがあるなら、ぜひ早めに予約して“今のうちに”味わってみてください。
