「大宮駅周辺で安い食べ放題ないかな？」って探してる人に向けて、私が行ったときの“失敗しないポイント”を追記します。ときわ亭大宮店は駅近で集まりやすく、ワイワイ飲みたい日にも使いやすいお店でした。 まず、食べ放題は90分なので、最初の注文がかなり大事。私は最初に中落カルビと炙りカルビをまとめて頼んで、テーブルが温まったら名物の塩ホルモン（味噌・辛い味も）に移行しました。ホルモン系は焼き時間が短いので、後半の巻き返しにも便利。逆に、厚切り系を後半に回すと時間が足りなくなりがちなので、食べたい人は序盤に入れるのがおすすめです。 それから“0秒レモンサワー”は、注ぎ放題が想像以上に楽しい反面、飲むペースが上がりやすいです。私は最初の1杯を濃いめにしてしまって後半ちょっと反省…。濃さを調整しつつ、途中でチェイサー（お水）も挟むと最後まで美味しく食べられます。 「大宮 焼肉 ランチ」で探している人は、土日祝は12:00オープンなので昼から行けるのがポイント。早い時間の方が入りやすい体感でした（平日19時頃は待ちなしでしたが、店内はすでに盛り上がってました）。複数人で行くなら、週末は事前に席を押さえておくと安心です。 食べ放題だけじゃなく単品も強いのがこの店の良いところで、厚切り牛タンが好きな人は単品追加や別日利用もアリ。レモン牛タンや3種盛りみたいな“ちょい贅沢”メニューがあるので、「今日は食べ放題ほどじゃないけど焼肉で飲みたい」って日にもハマります。ユッケがあるのも嬉しいポイントでした。 最後に、さいたま市で焼肉食べ放題を探すと価格帯が幅広いので、比較するときは“飲み放題込みか”“時間（90分/120分）”“牛タンやホルモンの充実度”を見ると選びやすいです。私は「カルビもホルモンもちゃんと美味しくて、レモンサワー注ぎ放題で盛り上がれる」という点で、コスパにかなり満足でした。
