川越でランチ探ししていると「定食でお腹いっぱいになりたい」「でも1,000円くらいに収めたい」って日、ありますよね。私が行って良かったのが和食処 銀四郎で、結論から言うと“ボリュームと味のバランスが良い定食屋さん”でした。 この日はチキンタルタル定食を注文。揚げ物って途中で重くなりがちですが、ここは甘ダレがしっかり絡んでいて、タルタルもまろやかで最後まで飽きにくい印象でした。定食の主役が強いだけじゃなく、ごはんが進む系の味付けなのが「ランチおすすめ」と言われる理由だと思います。 あと、個人的にテンションが上がったのが汁物。よくある味噌汁ではなく、具だくさんの豚汁がついてくるタイプで、野菜も入っていて満足感が一段上がります。お腹を満たしたい人には、この豚汁がかなり効きます。 小鉢も“おまけ感”が少なくて、おでんは出汁がうまい…！しっかり味が染みていて、定食の箸休めとして優秀でした。ポテサラも口当たりがなめらかで、全体的に手が込んでいる感じ。 混み具合は私が行ったタイミングだと先客が少しだけで、落ち着いて食べられました。ただ、川越のランチ時間は日によって波があるので、確実に入りたいなら早めの時間を狙うのが安心です。 「和食処 銀四郎 メニュー」は日替わり等もありそうなので、行く前に最新情報をチェックするのがおすすめ。川越で“大盛りの店”や“川越 定食 ランチ”で探している人は、まず候補に入れて損なしだと思います。
