私自身、『ラーメンそら』を訪れた際に感じたのは、なんと言ってもその“クタ野菜”の食感でした。シャキシャキ野菜ではなく、しっかり煮込まれ柔らかくなった野菜は、スープとよく馴染み、口の中でやさしく溶けていきます。二郎系ラーメンの中でも、特にこの特徴が富士丸系らしさを感じさせてくれます。 麺は柔らかめの注文も受け付けており、私も試してみましたが、もちもちとした食感で豚の脂との相性が抜群。大ぶりの豚肉は食べ応え十分で、厚みもありながら臭みがなく、しっとりジューシーで満足感を高めてくれます。 「ちょい増し」は追加トッピングとして人気のメニューで、通常の量では物足りない方にぜひおすすめしたいです。たしかに麺や野菜の量がかなりありますので、空腹時の訪問がおすすめです。また、行列ができることもありますが、回転は比較的速く、待ち時間も苦になりません。 店内はカウンター席のみで、レンゲとお冷はセルフサービス。駐車場はないので公共交通機関の利用が便利です。特に上福岡駅から徒歩6分とアクセスが良いため、電車利用の方がスムーズと感じました。 埼玉の富士丸系ファンはもちろん、二郎系ラーメンを初めて試す方にも挑戦しやすいお店だと思います。濃厚ながらクセの少ない味わいは、また訪れたくなる魅力の一つ。訪問前には営業時間や材料切れによる閉店時間にも注意しつつ、ぜひ味わってほしい一杯です。
