Echigo-hime's chiffon sundae appeared from Niigata's rice and bean paste Ayakoya. I could taste sweet, juicy and soft strawberries with plenty of fruit juice 🍓
From the long-established Japanese confectionery shop Okashi Tsukasa Hairi, the three-colored dumplings of early summer that look beautiful, and the bamboo dumplings with the scent of mugwort are also good ~
Menya Iroha's Toyama Black, the largest ramen festival in Japan and the number of cups sold five times in Japan, has a black soy sauce soup that is irresistible!
Ishikawa Prefecture Maple House's fig roll is a luxurious dish that wraps whole seasonal figs. Traditional mochi confectionery such as Habutae mochi of Nishiki Baido and water yokan are lined up, making you feel like traveling ♪

まるひろ川越店で開催されている北陸4県の物産展は、単なる食のイベント以上の魅力が詰まっています。私も初日に訪れて、新潟の『米と餡 あやこや』の越後姫シフォンサンデーをいただきましたが、ジューシーで甘みが濃厚な越後姫イチゴがふんだんに使われていて、口の中でとろける食感が最高でした。 御菓子司 羽入の初夏の三色団子や笹団子は、見た目の美しさはもちろんですが、ヨモギの香り豊かな笹団子が特に印象的でした。伝統のお菓子を味わいながら、北陸地方の季節感を感じられるのが嬉しいポイントです。 また、富山の名物ラーメン 『富山ブラック』は黒醤油の濃厚なスープが一度食べたらやみつきに。実際に現地で人気の名店・麺家いろはの味が川越で手軽に楽しめるのは貴重ですね。 石川のメープルハウスのいちじくロールは、旬のいちじくを丸ごと包み込んだリッチなケーキで、その甘酸っぱさがふんわりスポンジとよく合っていました。さらに、福井の錦梅堂の羽二重餅は伝統的な製法で柔らかく、素朴だけど味わい深い和菓子として忘れがたい一品です。 そして何と言っても栃尾のジャンボ油揚げは迫力満点の大きさとジューシーさで、食べ応え抜群。米粉入りベーグルや握りたてのおむすびも充実していて、物産展一周するだけで北陸旅行をした気分になれました。 会場は本川越駅から徒歩5分の好立地で、平日はもちろん週末もアクセスしやすいため、家族連れやグルメ好きの友人とも気軽に訪れやすいです。試食も豊富にあって、気になる商品をその場で味見できるのも嬉しいですね。 このように、各県の個性豊かなグルメが集結した北陸4県の物産展は、埼玉にいながら北陸の文化と食を楽しめる絶好の機会です。私のおすすめはやはり果汁たっぷりの越後姫シフォンサンデーと黒醤油スープが際立つ富山ブラック。食べ比べしながら、ぜひ北陸の味の奥深さを感じてみてください。今後もこのような地域物産展には積極的に足を運びたいと思います。
