It is a restaurant that is also pleased with dates and dinners, and for lunch, Cuban sandwiches with plenty of pickles utilizing overseas cooking experience and hamburgers using domestic beef were thick tomatoes and delicious ~

「隠れ家レストラン」って気になるけど、初めてだと入りづらい…そんな人ほど、川越のsentiamoみたいな“ビルの上にある系”は刺さると思います。私も最初は場所が分かりにくくて通り過ぎそうになりましたが、扉を開けたら落ち着いた空気で一気に安心しました。 まず雰囲気のポイントは、バーカウンターがあること。ひとりランチでも居心地が良いし、デートなら横並びで会話しやすいのが地味に助かります。個室もあるので、会食やちょっと大事な打ち合わせにも向いてそう。席数は多くないので、予定が決まっているなら予約推奨です（当日でも空きがあれば案内とのこと）。 料理はアラカルトで選べるのが嬉しいところ。個人的に印象に残ったのは、ピクルスたっぷりのキューバサンド。酸味が効いていて重たくなりすぎず、午後も動ける感じ。国産牛のハンバーガーはトマトが厚めでジューシーで、満足度が高かったです。パスタはその時期の食材で麺も変わるそうで、“また来る理由”が作りやすいタイプのお店だなと思いました。 ドリンクを楽しみたい人は、ノンアルコールスパークリングワインを頼めるか事前にチェックしておくと安心。お酒が飲めない日でも、ちょっと特別感が出て「隠れ家で過ごしてる感」がぐっと増します。 それと、もし「東京のステーキ穴場」みたいなワードで探している人にも伝えたいのが、“遠出しなくても、埼玉の川越で雰囲気と食事の質を両立できる店がある”ということ。派手な看板がないぶん静かに過ごせるので、混雑が苦手な人にも向いています。 狙い目は平日ランチ。駅から少し歩くので、時間に余裕を持って行くのがおすすめです。駐車場はないので、車派は近隣コインパーキング前提で計画するとスムーズですよ。
