The exquisite pork bowl was amazing
Kita Hana-tei is located right next to the west exit of Kita Urawa Station, and the owner who trained at a famous restaurant in Obihiro, Hokkaido recreates the taste in Saitama. The salt spice bowl is seasoned with rice and the outside is crispy and juicy meat is irresistible 😚
The meat is finely cut and the fat has an exquisite texture, and it is also a mini pork soup. If you want to eat this pork bowl, let's go again ♪

北花亭の塩スパイス豚丼は、北海道・帯広の伝統的な豚丼の味を埼玉で再現した逸品です。筆者も訪問して感じたのは、まず香ばしいスパイスの香りが食欲をそそる点。肉は外側がカリッと焼き上げられ、内側はジューシーで柔らかく、脂身も適度な甘みがあり、食感にアクセントを加えていました。 この塩スパイスの味付けは、通常の甘辛い豚丼とは異なり、あっさりしつつも しっかり旨味が引き立っています。特にご飯にかけられたスパイスソースが絶妙で、一口ごとに食欲が増進。ミニ豚汁がセットになっているため、あたたかい汁物で胃を優しく整えられ、ランチにぴったりのセットだと感じました。 店内はカウンター席中心で清潔感があり、昼時でも比較的落ち着いて食事ができる雰囲気です。北浦和駅西口から線路沿いを歩いてすぐの立地もアクセス良好で、埼玉在住の方だけでなく、帯広本場の味を求める観光客にもおすすめです。 他にもランチ時に屋上テラス席の情報もあるので、天気の良い日には外での食事も検討したいところ。駐車場がないため車より公共交通機関の利用がおすすめです。 私自身が訪れた経験からすると、豚丼好きにはもちろん、新しいスパイス味の豚丼を試したい方にぜひ足を運んでほしいお店です。埼玉で本場帯広の熟成豚丼が食べられる貴重なスポットとして、今後も注目していきたいです。
