Egg fried rice
Egg Fried Rice Recipe (For 1-2 Persons)
Ingredients:
steamed rice (recommended as overnight rice or non-frisked cooking rice) 1-2 cups
2 chicken eggs
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
Alley leek (for sprinkles)
Seasoning: 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 / 2 tablespoon oyster sauce, a little granulated sugar, ground pepper
How to do:
Set the pan: Add a little oil. Once hot, add the chopped garlic to the fragrance (be careful not to burn).
Insert the egg: Insert the egg into it. Use the willows to crush the egg enough to break. Wait for the egg to start setting almost ripe.
Put rice: Put steamed rice on it, stir it with a strong fire so that the rice pellets are coated with eggs and oil all over.
Seasoning: Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and granulated sugar, stir quickly until the rice starts to smell the pan.
Sprinkle: Turn off the lights. Put the alley onion and ground pepper on it. Mix it together again.
Serving: Scoop in a dish, side by side with cucumber, lemon and fish sauce peppers as you like.
Tip: If you want rice to be fried, you should use cold rice or refrigerated before sautéing.
