For the past few days, I've been taking a break at the entrance after returning home and coming into the room when I can move.
Today the weather was nice, so I ate fillets after a walk while basking in the sun in the garden 😋

我が家のシニア犬との散歩は、最近特に距離や時間を調整することが大切だと実感しています。年齢を重ねると筋力や体力が落ち、無理に歩かせると負担になってしまうことも。コロも途中まで自分で歩き、あとは抱っこでサポートするスタイルが定着してきました。 散歩後の休憩も重要で、玄関でゆっくり休ませてから部屋に入る習慣ができました。日向ぼっこは体を温め血行を促進するので、特に晴れた日は積極的に庭でリラックスタイムを設けています。ササミなどのご褒美は、シニア犬の食欲や活力を維持するのに役立ちますね。 また、犬の目でのアピールには敏感に反応してあげると信頼関係が深まり、無理なく散歩を楽しめます。皆さんも愛犬のサインを見逃さず、健康と幸せを支える工夫をしてみてください。こどもの日に愛犬と自然の中で過ごす時間は、ご家族みんなにとってもかけがえのない思い出になりますよ。
