* 4 small Salmon fillets (halved)

* Eggs (for egg wash)

🫐 Smoothie Bowl Essentials

* Açaí purée

* Granola

* Honey

🥫 Pantry & Dry Goods

* White rice

* Macaroni

* Panko breadcrumbs

* Flour

* Minced garlic

* Olive oil

* Butter

* Capers

* Sweet & sour sauce

* Hellmann’s Mayonnaise (must be this brand)

* Whole milk

* Monk fruit sweetener

* Salt & pepper

💧 Extras & Drinks

* Blue spirulina

* Coconut water

* Lemons (for lemonade shots)

Recipes: 🫐🥝🍋🍒🍉🍇🍊🍐

🍗 Buttered Garlic Chicken

* 1 pack chicken breast cut into bites

* Add in 2 tbsp Butter + 1 tbsp minced garlic

* Simmer 12 minutes until golden

* Serve with white rice & broccolini

🍗 Crusted Lemon Salmon

* 2 salmon fillets, halved

* Add Panko breadcrumbs, lemon zest + juice to tops

* Add to pan and Simmer in olive oil + butter for 10 minutes

* Serve over white rice

🍗 Chicken Katsu

* 2 chicken breasts (halved)

* Dip in Egg wash → flour → panko breadcrumbs with seasonings in each!

* Pan fry with butter until crispy, usually 15 minutes

* Top with sweet & sour sauce once plated

* Serve with white rice & mac salad

🍝 Mac Salad

* Boil macaroni (overcook it!)

Mix in:

* Shredded carrot & onion

* Green onions

* 2 cups Hellmann’s Mayo (has to be this mayo)

* 1/4 cup whole milk and stir

* 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener and stir

* Salt, pepper (vinegar optional)

* Let sit 1 hour covered in fridge for best flavor
