Spider Dip

Summerween is right around the corner!

This spider dip is so delicious and so much fun!

Can you find where the missing spider is?

Preheat oven to 350 F/176C

Salsa

1 29 oz can of tomato sauce

1/2 can of whole tomatoes

3 garlic cloves

1 tsp of onion powder

1/4 cup of arbol dried chilis (if you like heat I do 1-2 handfuls)

1 tbsp of salt ( trust me this will need it and not kosher salt)

mix all ingredients and blend

Guacamole

3 large Avocados mashed

1 jalapeno diced

1/2 tsp garlic and onion powder

1 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients and set aside

1 can of refried beans 16 oz

2 cups of shredded mexican cheese

1 large tomato diced

1 can of medium black olives in halves

2 single green onions chopped

1 cup of sour cream

Once salsa and guac is finished, get a casserole dish and spread the refried beans in the dish until the bottom is evenly coated.

Add the Guac and spread evenly, add salsa spread evenly as well.

Add the cheese and put it into the oven.

Bake for 30 minutes

Let the dip cool down for 30 minutes before applying the sour cream. If you don't wait it'll melt.

add the diced tomatoes and onions along with the olive halves for the spider body.

Cut Lengthwise to create the spider legs.

Enjoy!!! Have a wonderful Summerween!
