Men pa kite laperèz pran tout espas nan lespri w.
Nou soti nan yon pèp ki konnen sa sa vle di pou tonbe epi leve ankò. Nou konnen doulè. Nou konnen sakrifis. Men nou konnen kouraj tou.
Kontinye pran swen tèt ou ak fanmi w. Chèche bon enfòmasyon. Kenbe moun ou renmen yo pre. Kenbe lafwa w. Epi sonje: yon moman difisil pa gen dwa defini tout rès lavi w.
🇭🇹 Nou se Ayisyen. Nou gen rasin. Nou gen fòs. Nou gen diyite. Epi nou toujou gen espwa.

Living with anxiety and uncertainty can be deeply challenging, especially when everyday worries about safety, work, and family future weigh on your mind. I've personally experienced moments when fear threatened to overwhelm me, but I've found that embracing hope, faith, and community support is essential for moving forward. As Haitians, we share a history of resilience and courage amid hardship. This collective strength inspires us to stand back up after falling. Daily, I remind myself and those around me to focus on self-care and seek accurate information to stay grounded. Avoiding misinformation helps reduce unnecessary fears and empowers us to make better choices. Keeping loved ones close is equally important. Sharing your feelings with trusted family or friends can ease the burden of anxiety. Together, we create a support system that nurtures mental well-being and fosters solidarity. Remember, anxiety can be manageable when met with a proactive mindset. Breathing exercises, mindfulness, or even brief moments of quiet reflection help reclaim mental space. Always acknowledge that tough times are temporary; they do not define your entire life's journey. My hope is that every Haitian feeling uncertain or fearful today receives this message as a reminder of inherent strength, dignity, and hope. Reconnect with your roots — they remind us we are not alone, and our future, though unknown, can still be filled with promise and light. We rise again because that is who we are: resilient, hopeful, and proud Haitian people.
