My most used apps for my 9-5
My full time job is content creation and here are the apps I use daily!
First is of course Canva, I use it to edit all my lemon8 posts, make YouTube thumbnails, and more! Canva is a free app.
Next is vllo, I recently stopped using CapCut and switch to vllo, this is a free video editing app I use for shorts, reels, YouTube and more!
And lastly is YouTube studio, this makes it super easy to upload YouTube content and gives you many features that the regular YouTube app doesn’t have.
What is your 9-5 job??
If you’re diving into content creation as a full-time 9-5 job, having reliable and user-friendly apps is crucial to keep your workflow efficient and creative. Canva stands out as an all-around design tool that’s favored by many creators for its intuitive interface and vast selection of templates and editing features. It enables users to make everything from social media posts to YouTube thumbnails without any cost, which is perfect for creators on a budget. Its drag-and-drop functionality and extensive library of images, fonts, and elements simplify graphic design tasks that would otherwise require expensive software. Moving onto video editing, switching from CapCut to VLLO can bring fresh features and ease of use. VLLO is a free app designed specifically for editing short-form videos like reels and shorts but also manages longer YouTube content with no watermark in its basic version. Unlike many video editors that focus on complex tools better suited for experienced editors, VLLO’s interface caters to creators looking for simplicity combined with powerful functions such as multi-track editing, subtitle addition, and customizable transitions. For handling your YouTube channel, YouTube Studio is indispensable. This app offers a professional-grade dashboard that goes well beyond what the regular YouTube app can provide. Features such as detailed analytics, comment management, and video scheduling ensure your channel stays organized and optimized for growth. Uploading videos is streamlined with support for both shorts and full-length content, making it easier to maintain a consistent publishing schedule. Using these free yet robust tools can save content creators significant time and money, enabling them to focus more on creativity and audience engagement. Together, Canva, VLLO, and YouTube Studio form a powerful toolkit that helps transform ideas into polished content without needing a large budget or technical expertise. Whether you’re working from home or in an office, these apps support the demanding workflow of modern digital content creation. So, what apps do you rely on for your 9-5 creative job?
