黒い服の色落ちって、気づいた瞬間めちゃくちゃショックですよね。私も黒Tや黒シャツ、黒ズボンは「合わせやすいから」ってつい増えがちなんですが、洗濯を繰り返すと全体が白っぽく（グレーっぽく）見えてきて、一気に“部屋着感”が出るのが悩みでした。 私が試して「黒復活」を実感できたのは、洗濯時に入れるタイプの“黒い紙”。やることはシンプルで、色褪せた黒Tシャツと一緒に洗濯機へ入れて、あとはいつも通りに回すだけ。洗い上がりを見ると「おっ？黒くなってない？」って分かるくらい変化が出ました。紙の方が白っぽくなるので、黒の染料をキャッチしつつ補ってくれてる感じがして、ちょっと感動します。 使うときに一番大事だと思ったのが色移り対策。黒い服の色落ちを復活させたい気持ちで、他の洗濯物もまとめて入れたくなるんですが、白や淡色と混ぜるのは避けた方が安心です。特に白Tや白いタオルは要注意。私は「黒だけ」で1回回すようにしています。 もうひとつのコツは、使用後の“空すすぎ”。黒い紙を入れて洗った直後って、洗濯槽内に染料が残ることがあるので、次の洗濯で着色事故を起こさないためにも、洗濯機を一度すすぎだけ回しておくのがおすすめです。地味だけど、このひと手間で安心感が全然違いました。 「黒い服 色落ち オレンジっぽくなった」みたいな褪せ方の場合も、完全に新品の黒に戻るというより“見た目の黒さが持ち直す”イメージでした。復活具合は素材や色褪せ具合で差が出るので、まずは黒T1〜2枚から試して、様子を見ながら増やすと失敗しにくいです。 最後に、黒を長持ちさせたい人向けの予防策も。黒い服は裏返して洗う、洗剤の入れすぎを避ける、乾燥機の高温を控える（できれば陰干し）だけでも色褪せスピードがゆるやかになります。「復活アイテム＋予防」で、黒服の寿命がかなり伸びると感じました。
