「フロントガラス 撥水 おすすめ」って調べるとスプレー系もたくさん出てきますが、私が一番差を感じたのは“下地処理→コーティング”の順番でした。撥水剤を塗っても、油膜やウロコが残っているとムラになったり、ワイパーがビビったりして「最強って聞いたのに…」となりがち。なので最初はレインモンスター リセット（油膜取り）で一度まっさらにするのが近道でした。 まず施工前の注意点。ガラス表面に砂やホコリが残ったままだと傷の原因になるので、洗車か水拭きで汚れを落としてからスタート。リセットは“軽い力で擦るだけで油膜が取れる”タイプですが、力を入れすぎるより、20cm四方ずつ上下左右に往復していくほうが均一になりました。角もティアドロップ型パッドだと当てやすく、フロントガラスの端まで手が届きやすいです。最後はしっかり洗い流して、拭き上げまでやると仕上がりが安定します。 次にレインモンスター ストロング（コーティング）。ここで大事なのは“完全に乾いたガラスに塗る”こと。濡れていると定着しにくく、拭きムラにもつながりました。フェルトに液を染み込ませて全体に塗り込み、10分乾燥→絞った濡れタオルで拭き上げ、が基本。私の場合、乾燥が甘いと拭き上げで伸びにくかったので、気温が低い日は少し長めに置くとラクでした。 「レインモンスター ストロング 重ね塗り」の疑問も多いですが、基本は1回を丁寧に。どうしても耐久を伸ばしたいなら、1層目を拭き上げたあと、時間を置いてから薄く2層目を“ムラが出ない範囲で”重ねるのが安心です（厚塗りは逆に白っぽいモヤの原因になりやすい印象）。 口コミでよく見る“雨の日の運転も安全”は本当で、速度が出ると水玉がスッと流れて視界がラクになりました。ただしワイパーゴムが劣化しているとビビりやすいので、気になる人はゴム交換やガラス用ワイパーの見直しもセットがおすすめです。 最後に、親水性ガラスコーティング剤と迷う人へ。撥水は雨粒が飛びやすく爽快、親水は水がベターっと流れてウォータースポットを抑えたい人向け。私は「雨の日の視界優先」なので撥水派。フロントガラス撥水を最強にしたいなら、下地の油膜取り→コーティングの2STEPを一度試してみてください。
