Fresh mackerel
🥦 raw materials: kettle, with kha, lemongrass, bergamot leaves, shallots, tomatoes (add or don't wear as you like), wet tamarind, we use red jinda peppers instead of chili peppers, parsley, lemon, salt meal, fish sauce.
🍳 the procedure: Put some water, heat it, add some lemongrass, bergamot leaves, add a little salt to it, add 2-4 spoons of wet tamarind water, add the seasoned fish sauce as you like. When the water boils, add the mackerel to it, and leave the lid for a while, and add a little parsley to it. The fish will break and turn off the light. Put in a bowl and serve.
