Elevate your next gathering with these Malibu Watermelon Rum Jello Shots—a delightful fusion of tropical flavors and a boozy kick

Ingredients:

1.5 cups water

1 package (3.89 oz) watermelon-flavored gelatin mix

1.5 cups Malibu Watermelon Rum

Gummy watermelon candies (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the Gelatin Mixture:

Bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil.

In a mixing bowl, pour the boiling water over the watermelon gelatin powder. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Incorporate the Rum:

Allow the gelatin mixture to cool slightly. Then, stir in 1.5 cups of Malibu Watermelon Rum, mixing thoroughly.

Pour into Cups:

Arrange plastic condiment cups on a tray. Carefully pour the gelatin mixture into each cup, filling them about three-quarters full.

Chill:

Place the tray in the refrigerator and let the jello shots set for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Garnish and Serve:

Just before serving, top each jello shot with a gummy watermelon candy for an extra touch of fun and flavor.
