It’s a great way to experience her writing if you need a quick read, but still want something thought-provoking that sticks with you. I also appreciated that it was a standalone story, offering a complete, albeit compact, narrative arc. If you're looking for a psychological thriller that will give you plenty to ponder long after you've turned the last page, especially about human nature and the price of certain choices, this one is definitely worth picking up. It might just make you look at relationships a little differently.
