Whats it like being a resident leader
A lot comes with being a rl like half the shit i aint even saw my freshman year was going on and i didnt even know. Now a lot of you may ask what is a resident leader its someone who watches over a college dorm each rl would have there own floor or share one with another rl. I have my own i thought this job just consisted of working the desk and ensuring the residents safety but no i gotta deal with people pooping in the shower gurl yes the shower and not just that leaving personal iteam all kver the floor and inside the toilet and some used in my opinion being a resident leader is like being a mom but u just dont have to support them but there is also thing that i do appreciate learning new things from the eesidents and getting to know them and watching them grow if i was able to pay for college would i be a rl hell naw but would i trade this job for something different no because one thing i do abide by is making sure these young woman have the best college experience ever and not end up regretting it even when they leave.#letschat #lemon8contest
