... Read moreWhen I first started attending Solidcore classes, I constantly faced moments where I felt ready to quit. The workout is intense, and it challenges not just the body but the mind as well. What truly helped me stay motivated was observing others around me, especially those who seemed effortless despite the difficulty. There was one particular person in my class—a 40-year-old woman with a defined six-pack and a simple wedding band—that kept pushing through with no modifications. Watching her resilience was inspiring. It made me realize that progress and perseverance are possible at any age and fitness level. Instead of viewing others' strength as intimidating, I began seeing it as a goal I could work toward. One of the best things about Solidcore is its supportive environment. Even when I was battling my own mental demons, the energy in the room encouraged me to keep moving. The feeling of solidarity, knowing everyone is working through their own struggles, created a powerful motivation to persevere. For anyone considering Solidcore or any high-intensity workout, my advice is to embrace the challenge and look for inspiration in those around you. Focus on your personal growth and celebrate small victories. Eventually, like me, you may become that 'baddie' inspiring others to push forward. Remember, consistency and mindset are just as important as physical strength in achieving your fitness goals.
