There was a little girl who loved sewing, art, playing outside and feeling the grass under her bare feet. She loved summer, her family, riding her bicycle, puppies, old people and flowers. Summers lasted forever! She loved the excitement of swimming, catching lighting bugs (as we say in the South), and the popsicle man. She would sleep with her window open because she loved the sounds of crickets and frogs.
That little girl is Me. 💗
Today was a good day to reconnect with my inner child. In the busyness of everyday life, it’s important to slow down and remember the sweet moments in life!
This is the first page of my new Dylusions art journal by Ranger. My first mixed media collage. My first time consciously connecting with little Krista.
It feels nostalgic… It feels good. 💗
