🍜 Fakeaway Mongolian Beef Noodles — Midweek Chaos

So tonight’s dinner was the Cookidoo Fakeaway Mongolian Beef Noodles… but in true Kristy fashion, did I have all the ingredients?

Absolutely not 😂

✨ What I was supposed to use:

• Fresh Chinese egg noodles

• Broccoli

✨ What actually happened:

• Rice stick noodles because who has fresh egg noodles lying around on a Wednesday? Not me 🤷‍♀️

• Zucchini from the backyard garden because it’s zucchini season and they’re basically growing faster than my kids’ attitudes 🌱😅

And honestly?

It turned out so good. Like, shockingly good.

The kind of good that makes you think, “Maybe the chaos is my superpower.”
