ถ้าใครค้นหา “สร้างบ้านงบน้อย/บ้านงบน้อย” แล้วอยากทำให้ “งบไม่บาน” สิ่งที่ช่วยมากที่สุด (จากประสบการณ์คุมงานเอง) คือการแยกงบเป็นหมวดๆ และล็อกสเปกตั้งแต่ก่อนเริ่มค่ะ เพราะบ้านงบน้อยมักพลาดตรงซื้อของตามใจระหว่างทาง แล้วค่อยมาแก้ทีหลังซึ่งแพงกว่า 1) ตั้งงบเผื่อฉุกเฉินไว้เสมอ ถึงจะคุมงบเก่งแค่ไหน แนะนำเผื่ออย่างน้อย 5–10% สำหรับงานที่มักโผล่มาทีหลัง เช่น เก็บงานปูน ยาแนว อุปกรณ์จิปาถะ (ลูกบิด บานพับ ซิลิโคน ตะแกรงท่อ) หรือค่าเดินทาง/เครื่องดื่มให้ช่าง ถ้ากันเงินก้อนนี้ไว้ตั้งแต่แรก ใจจะไม่แกว่งเวลาเจอค่าใช้จ่ายจุกจิกค่ะ 2) งานยกพื้น/ถมพื้นคือจุดที่งบไหลง่าย บ้านยกพื้นสูง 1.20 ม. ต้องคุม “ปริมาณวัสดุถม” ให้ดีมากๆ (เช่น หินคลุก/ทราย) ก่อนสั่งของควรให้ช่างประเมินจำนวนเที่ยวรถเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร และตกลงว่าเกลี่ย-บดอัดรวมในราคาไหม ถ้าพื้นไม่แน่นพอจะตามมาด้วยปัญหากระเบื้องร่อนหรือพื้นทรุด ซึ่งแก้ทีหลังแพงกว่าการทำให้จบตั้งแต่แรก 3) ประตู-หน้าต่าง ประหยัดได้แต่ต้องเช็กสภาพ สายบ้านงบน้อยลองเดินร้านขายของเก่า/วัสดุเหลือใช้จะคุ้มมาก บางที่ได้ทั้งวงกบ บาน เหล็กดัดครบชุด แต่ให้เช็ก 3 อย่างก่อนซื้อ: ขนาดจริง (วัดหน้างาน), ความโก่ง/บิด, และอุปกรณ์ล็อก-บานพับว่าต้องซื้อเพิ่มไหม ถ้าคิดค่า “ของแถมที่ต้องซื้อเพิ่ม” แล้วไม่คุ้มก็ข้ามค่ะ 4) ฝ้าระบายอากาศ + มุ้งกันแมลง ช่วยอยู่สบายโดยไม่เพิ่มค่าไฟ บ้านสวนอากาศร้อน ถ้าทำช่องระบายอากาศใต้หลังคา + ใช้ฝ้าระบายอากาศด้านนอกและติดมุ้งกันแมลง จะช่วยลดความร้อนสะสมและลดปัญหาแมลงเข้าบ้านได้จริง เป็นจุดที่ลงทุนไม่หนักแต่เห็นผลทุกวัน 5) ระบบไฟฟ้า “จุดปลั๊ก” วางให้จบก่อนฉาบ/ปูพื้น บ้านงบน้อยไม่ควรประหยัดแบบผิดที่ผิดทางกับระบบไฟ ควรวางตำแหน่งปลั๊กให้ครบตั้งแต่แรก (จุดเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า มุมโซฟา หัวเตียง มุมซักล้าง) เพราะการเดินเพิ่มทีหลังทั้งเลอะและแพงกว่า แนะนำแยกวงจรครัว/เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น และเผื่อท่อร้อยสายไว้สำหรับอนาคตด้วย 6) เทคนิคคุมงบง่ายๆ: ทำ “ตารางสรุปของเข้า-ของจ่าย” ทุกวัน ฉันใช้วิธีจด 4 ช่อง: รายการ/จำนวน/ราคา/ซื้อที่ไหน แล้วถ่ายบิลเก็บไว้ พอทำครบ 1–2 สัปดาห์จะเริ่มเห็นเลยว่าเงินรั่วที่หมวดไหน (มักเป็นอุปกรณ์จิปาถะกับของแต่งบ้าน) จากนั้นค่อยตัดสินใจว่าอะไร “จำเป็นตอนนี้” และอะไร “ค่อยซื้อทีหลัง” ถ้าเป้าหมายคือสร้างบ้านงบน้อยให้จบสวยและอยู่สบาย ให้ยึดหลัก “คุมงานเอง-ซื้อของเอง-จ้างค่าแรงเท่าที่จำเป็น” และจ่ายเต็มในจุดโครงสร้าง/ระบบพื้นฐาน ส่วนงานตกแต่งค่อยๆ เติมทีหลังยังได้ค่ะ
