200 grams granulated sugar
200 grams brown sugar
•dump melted butter over sugar and whisk
Add to the same bowl
2 large eggs
1 egg yolk
8 grams vanilla
170 grams sourdough discard
•Whisk together
•In a separate bowl add
405 grams ap flour
6 grams baking soda
2.5 grams baking powder
7 grams salt
2 tsp cornstarch
•mix all together and fold in chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
• grease 9x13 pan or line with parchment paper
•bake at 350 degrees for 40-44 mins
