Age 65, take care of yourself.
Taking care of yourself on a simple basis to look good, reduce age.
1. Food: Complete 5 groups with fresh food, no processed food, tea, coffee
2.Air: Stay in a ventilated place. Good weather with high oxygen.
3. Emotions: Good temperament, positive thinking, and not overly sober. Eat only beautiful things with edification.
4.Rest: Find travel, recreation, get enough sleep. At least 6-8 hours. Prayer before bed. Listen to the Dharma or the Empowering Articles will make you sleep well throughout the night.
5. Do not compare: Do not compare yourself to anyone in all matters. Encourage yourself and let go in impractical matters.
6. Dress up to look good: No need for expensive things, but look comfortable. Clean and cheerful at your own age.
