Let's get fit!

I want to be a healthier version of myself. Since I turned 40 my body has gone a little whacky. It’s not as easy to stay in shape like before. I eat healthy because I have to. So I’m currently in the 140 (middle picture) range and I think I would be ok at 125. Normal weight for my height is 105- 115. Any advice?
