Hi! 😊 It’s a remote work-from-home opportunity through Arise. They partner with different companies that offer work-from-home Customer Service opportunities.
New opportunities become available regularly, so the clients you can work with may change over time. The position is 1099 (Independent Contractor), which means you’ll be considered self-employed for tax purposes at the end of the year. Because of that, it doesn’t include employee benefits such as health insurance or paid time off.
One of the biggest advantages is that you can choose your own schedule and decide how many hours you want to work, depending on the client you select. The only fixed schedule is during training, which varies by company. Pay also varies depending on the client and the rate they offer.
First, you’ll need to complete an assessment (IQ/skills test). Once you pass it, you’ll be asked to enter a Partner Support Number, which is my partner number. 1151822
After that, you’ll be able to see the available client opportunities and choose the one that best fits your schedule and interests.
Working with Arise has been a game-changer in my pursuit of flexible work that fits around my lifestyle. One of the biggest advantages I've personally experienced is the freedom to choose when and how much I want to work. Since Arise partners with multiple companies, the variety of client opportunities means you can select roles that best suit your interests and schedule. When I first started, I was a bit nervous about the assessment, which tests your skills and IQ, but it’s very doable if you prepare. Passing it opens the door to a range of client options. Being a 1099 independent contractor means I handle my own taxes, and while I don’t get traditional benefits like health insurance, the trade-off is control over my work hours and environment. Training is mandatory before you begin, and it varies depending on the client, so it’s important to be adaptable during this phase. Once training is complete, the freedom to set your hours is unmatched – this flexibility allowed me to work around family commitments and other personal priorities. Another highlight is the bilingual opportunities available, which I found beneficial since I’m fluent in English and Spanish. This can increase your chances of landing a client and possibly earning a higher rate. Arise also provides the tools and support needed to succeed, which I found very helpful as I’m not highly tech-savvy. If you’re looking to take control of your work-life balance and build a remote career or side income, I recommend giving Arise a try. Being your own boss and working from home with top companies is empowering, and the ability to scale your hours up or down depending on your needs provides a lifestyle freedom that traditional jobs rarely offer.
