Wellness Habits
🧘 Habit 1: forgiving myself for forgiving people who didn't deserve forgiveness...
🧘 How It Helps Me: you can still love people that have hurt you but choose to love them from far away because those people will continue to hurt you if you let them creating distance isn't always a bad thing.
In hindsight, the only thing I really learned was putting myself first was the best thing I ever chose to do.I do what I want to do.How I want to do it?I have learned so many things about myself in the lowest times of my life being homeless and living in a car, breaking my foot and living on my sister's floor all why my children lived somewhat with their father. And now they're back home full time, and I continue to go through the hardest s*** of my life. But here I am, persevering through it all because I know that i'm stronger than people think.I am, but it's not about other people. And about what they think.....

🤔Cons: you should always come first!
✨Outfit Details: believe meThe fed's not worth any money. So a sweater found in the trash sports bra from tiktok pants from amazon.No.Socks bandana, given to me as a gift hair tie.Target earbuds also tiktok, but j lab audio is the s***!
Additional Tips: i don't really have any tips. The only thing I can tell you is that I just stopped giving a s*** about what everyone else thought. I do what I want to do for myself. I chose me. I listened to the music I like I. Eat what I want to eat or my body wants to eat. I work out the way my body. Let's me and that's just it. I've completely changed who I am. But not really, this is always who I was. But no one wanted to see through the hurt child that I was at the time the hurt adult. I was at the time, but I forgave all those katies, I hugged all of those katies. I was and told all of those katies. Everything will be okay. You will keep moving forward. And you will keep continuing to be a humanitarian And donate your time to others!
Go-To Coffee
☕What I order/make: 4 shots of espresso over ice in a large cup with a splash of half and half or heavy cream and a little bit of vanilla or caramel drizzle
😀Why I like it: i like my coffee, strong and bold with just a little kiss of sweetness. And it's perfect.
Anything to add on: you can add whatever you want. But if you're doing some type of diet, I will tell you this black coffee is the way to go, but let me yourself cuz.It causes dehydration.
Tips tips for me.I don't know if you want to listen to those so next time. We'll figure out a katie, talk a.K a ted talk
Choosing yourself isn't always easy, especially when life throws unexpected trials your way. From personal experience, I've found that embracing self-love and forgiveness is a continuous process — one that requires patience and courage. Forgiving those who have hurt you doesn’t mean you have to keep them close; sometimes creating distance protects your peace, allowing you to heal and thrive. During some of my lowest moments, including facing homelessness and physical injury, I learned the importance of putting myself first. It's about honoring your needs, listening to your body, and doing what genuinely feels right — whether that means the food you eat, the music you listen to, or how you move your body. This mindset shift helps strengthen your mental and emotional resilience. Building wellness habits doesn't have to follow anyone else's rules. I embraced imperfection, wore whatever made me comfortable, and prioritized what brought me joy, even if that was a simple outfit sourced from unexpected places or my favorite coffee preparation. This personal approach reminded me that wellness is deeply individual and not about meeting others' expectations. Also, don’t underestimate the power of small daily rituals, like savoring a strong espresso with a touch of sweetness — it’s a simple pleasure that can uplift your day. Remember, black coffee can be great on certain diets, but staying hydrated is equally important. Ultimately, self-love is a journey of ongoing self-discovery. By forgiving past hurts, honoring your authentic self, and practising kindness towards yourself and others, you create space to grow stronger and live a fulfilling life. Keep moving forward, choose you every day, and celebrate every small victory along the way.
