It felt especially important to honor Mercury today given that it is in retrograde! So some of the embodying activities that would normally flow more smoothly- might possibly have a few bumps in the road. But not to worry! This is why we’re connecting with the energy of Mercury, to tune in, to offer our thanks and maybe get some help! I’m trying to be of the mindset of giving without asking for anything in return, plus I know Mercury is going through a lot right now 😂
Because Mercury is all about communication, and the retrograde can sometimes make communication a little fuzzy- I decided to write out letters to people that I will probably never send 😂 it was honestly a really healing activity! I anointed a light blue candle with clove and rosemary and wrote my heart out! During this retrograde I’ve been having a lot of old wounds come back into the light and it really helped to pen down those thoughts and close the loop. Maybe give it a try!!
