Odor preventing, PH balancing deodorant
Ok full disclosure I have tried maybe 7 or 8 different deodorants at this point and NOTHING was working for me!
I have super sensitive skin so I normally try to stay away from artificial fragrance- but this stuff WORKS and I have no irritation!
Some deodorants say it takes a few days for your body to adjust but this stuff started working the very first day!
Idk what it is about post partum hormones but I’m so glad I finally found something that works for me 😮💨😮💨😮💨
That said I am not the biggest fan of the scent itself (I’ve only tried botanic air) but it’s better than I smelled before 😂
While I would prefer a completely clean deodorant I’m having the hardest time finding one that works!

I totally get the struggle of finding a deodorant that actually works, especially with sensitive skin! My journey with the Billie AHA Deodorant Gel has been a game-changer, and I wanted to share a bit more about why I think it stands out, especially if you're like me and have tried countless options. First off, let's talk about the 'AHA' part. AHA stands for Alpha Hydroxy Acid, and in this deodorant, it's often salicylic acid, which is listed as an ingredient with low risk. AHAs are usually known for skincare, helping to exfoliate and improve skin texture. In a deodorant, this means it can help fight odor-causing bacteria by lowering the pH of your underarms, creating an environment where bacteria can't thrive. This is different from antiperspirants, which block sweat glands with aluminum salts. The Billie AHA Deodorant is proudly aluminum-free, which is a big plus for many looking for cleaner options. From my own experience, one of the biggest wins was how quickly it started working. Seriously, day one, and I noticed a huge difference in odor control. This was a relief because, as mentioned, my body odor had been on overdrive! It also dries incredibly fast, which means no sticky feeling or waiting around before getting dressed. And a bonus I didn't expect? The product information highlighted 'brightens underarms,' and I've actually noticed a subtle improvement in that area too. It's like a skincare treatment for your pits! Now, about the scent. My initial take on the 'Botanic Air' scent was that it was a bit mature for my liking, and the product details did confirm the presence of 'parfum/fragrance,' which isn't always considered the 'cleanest' ingredient. While I always strive for completely clean products, sometimes you find something that just *works*, and the benefits outweigh this one concern for me. For those who are super sensitive to synthetic fragrances or looking for ultra-clean options, it's good to be aware. However, if you've tried everything else and nothing works, this might be a compromise worth making. The low risk associated with ingredients like Limonene and Linalool, as per the ingredient analysis, also offers some reassurance. To get the most out of your Billie AHA Deodorant Gel, I've found a few things helpful. Make sure your underarms are clean and dry before applying. A little goes a long way, and letting it absorb fully before dressing helps prevent any transfer. If you're transitioning from a traditional antiperspirant, give your body a week or two to adjust; sometimes there's a detox period, though I personally didn't experience it with this one. Overall, if you're on the hunt for an effective, aluminum-free, odor-preventing deodorant that also offers pH balancing and skin benefits, the Billie AHA Deodorant Gel is definitely worth considering. It's truly been a game-changer in my personal quest for effective, sensitive-skin-friendly odor protection.
