🫶 Stop being mean to yourself 🍋
I struggled with this for years, and although I’ve made significant progress, it is a hard habit to break. Life is hard enough, we are multiple versions of ourselves based on the situation, circumstances, audience, self discipline and our feelings. That’s ok. You are still “You” at your core, you are still “good”. Situational awareness and emotional intelligence are assets, not “you acting differently.” Don’t let others try to confuse you, it’s still YOU. Be comfortable with you. They just saw you in a different shade of lipstick that day💄 😉

Self-acceptance is the foundation of emotional intelligence, allowing you to navigate various situations with grace and awareness. Practices like positive affirmations, journaling, and mindfulness can be beneficial in breaking the cycle of negativity and encouraging a more loving relationship with yourself.
