I have 2a low porosity hair and I’ve seen amazing results by using these tips. When your hair is moisturized it will be shiny, soft, and less frizzy! ⭐️

To effectively care for your hair, start by choosing sulfate-free, hydrating shampoos that don’t strip away natural oils. Implement a weekly deep conditioning routine to replenish moisture and nourish your strands. Consider using leave-in conditioners on damp hair to lock in hydration and prevent dryness. Limiting heat styling and protecting your hair from environmental factors like sun and wind will also help maintain moisture levels. For added nourishment, incorporate natural oils such as argan or coconut oil into your routine, focusing on the ends to seal in moisture. Regular trims every 6-8 weeks are essential for keeping split ends at bay and ensuring your hair remains healthy from root to tip.

can you use a leave in conditioner even when you already put conditioner in your hair?
