Creamy Crawfish Spinach Dip 🔥

A classic Louisiana favorite! Here's a simple recipe for crawfish spinach dip:

📌 Ingredients:

- 1 (10 oz) package spinach

- 1 cup crawfish tails

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 2 tablespoons of Cajun Seasoning

- 1 onion , chopped

-minced garlic, 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. On the stove over medium heat add butter to a skillet. Add chopped onions and sauté 4-5 minutes then add in crawfish tails and cook an additional 5 minutes. Remove from pot.

2. In the same pot add in 1 tablespoon of butter, minced garlic, and spinach. Once spinach is cooked down add in cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan and season with garlic powder , Cajun seasoning and cayenne pepper.

3. Add crawfish tails back to the pot and Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

4. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or pita bread.
