หลังจากลองใช้ OPHTUS Zero X Amber ไปสักพัก เราว่ามันเหมาะกับคนที่ “จ้องจอหนักๆ” แบบสายตัดต่อ สายเกม หรือทำงานหน้าคอมนานๆ จริงๆ เพราะก่อนหน้านี้เรามีอาการปวดตา แสบตา ตาแห้งง่าย (หมอบอกตรงๆ ว่าเป็นตาแห้ง) แล้วพอทำงานต่อเนื่องหลายชั่วโมงคือจะเริ่มมึนๆ ต้องพักตาบ่อยมาก สิ่งที่เราสังเกตได้หลังใส่แว่นกรองแสงสีฟ้าแนวนี้คือ เวลามองจอจะรู้สึก “สบายตา” ขึ้น แสงจากหน้าจอมันไม่บาดตาเท่าเดิม โดยเฉพาะตอนทำงานกลางคืน/ห้องไฟน้อยๆ ซึ่งปกติเป็นช่วงที่เราปวดตาง่ายสุด ส่วนเลนส์โทน Amber จะออกเหลืองนิดๆ ทำให้ภาพดูอุ่นขึ้น อันนี้แล้วแต่คนชอบเลยนะคะ แต่สำหรับเราโอเค เพราะช่วยให้จอไม่จ้าเกินไป เรื่อง “ราคา” ของแว่น OPHTUS Zero หลายคนถามบ่อย เราแนะนำให้เช็คราคาล่าสุดจากร้านทางการหรือโปรโมชันในช่วงนั้นๆ เพราะราคาจะขึ้นกับรุ่นและดีล แต่โดยรวมเรารู้สึกว่าถ้าเทียบกับค่าหาหมอ/ค่ายาหยอดตาที่ต้องซื้อเรื่อยๆ (แถมยังเสียเวลาพักงาน) การลงทุนกับแว่นที่ช่วยถนอมสายตาเป็นอะไรที่คุ้มสำหรับเรา ทริคเล็กๆ ที่ทำคู่กันแล้วช่วยมาก (ไม่ใช่แค่พึ่งแว่นอย่างเดียว) - ปรับความสว่างจอให้พอดีกับแสงห้อง อย่าเร่งจอสว่างเกิน - เปิดโหมดถนอมสายตา/ลดแสงสีฟ้าในมือถือหรือคอมร่วมด้วย - พักสายตาทุก 20 นาที มองไกลๆ 20 วินาที (ทำได้จริงช่วยเยอะ) - ถ้าตาแห้งมาก ยาหยอดตาที่หมอให้ยังสำคัญนะคะ แว่นช่วยเรื่องความสบายตา แต่ไม่ได้แทนการรักษา สรุปจากประสบการณ์เรา: OPHTUS Zero X Amber เป็นแว่นกรองแสงสีฟ้าที่ตอบโจทย์คนทำงานหน้าจอหนักๆ ใส่แล้วอาการปวดตาลดลงชัดเจน และทำให้ทำงานได้นานขึ้นแบบไม่ทรมานตา ใครที่กำลังลังเล แนะนำลองดูรุ่น/ขนาดกรอบให้เข้าหน้าก่อน แล้วเช็คราคาโปรช่วงนั้นๆ จะคุ้มที่สุดค่ะ
