First week back at the gym 🏋️♂️
This first day was humbling 😭. I could barely do 5 good pushups. I used to do 30 with no problems 😞. I don’t even wanna know how much I squat now, but you need to keep going. No matter what anxiety you have or worry, it won’t change unless you keep going. I promise you, your mental health will thank you for it.
Follow me on my journey to being happier and healthier mentally and physically.
