Drawing of the day: Snowman Party! ☃️ ❄️
Today’s drawing of the day is of snowmen!⛄️
One of my favorite things to do (if there is snow) is to make a snowman! ☃️I’m hoping this year I will see enough snow to be able to make one - it has to be that perfect packing snow ❄️
The snowmen are drawn with the Pilot Precise V5 RT. I like to think of them as all dressed up to attend a holiday party! ⛄️ 🎉
Which snowman is your favorite? ☃️

There’s something so magical about snowmen, isn't there? Whether you're dreaming of a white winter or just love the cozy vibes, drawing snowmen is such a fun and relaxing activity. My latest "Drawing of the Day" featured a whole snowman party, and it got me thinking about how easy it is to bring these frosty friends to life with just a simple pen! If you're like me and always on the lookout for cute and easy drawing ideas, especially with a ball pen, then you're in the right place. I personally adore using pens like the Pilot Precise V5 RT for these kinds of illustrations. They offer such crisp lines and are perfect for adding those charming little details that make each snowman unique. No fancy equipment needed, just your favorite pen and a piece of paper! Want to try drawing your own adorable snowmen? Here are some simple steps and inspiration to get you started, perfect for even beginner artists: 1. The Basic Snowman Shape: Circles! Start with two or three overlapping circles for the body. A larger one at the bottom, a medium one in the middle, and a smaller one for the head. This classic structure is the foundation for almost any snowman you can imagine. For a Round snowman, you might even just use one large, plump circle! 2. Adding a Face & Personality: This is where the cuteness factor comes in! Two small dots for eyes, a triangle for a carrot nose, and a simple curve for a smile are all you need. But don't stop there! Think about giving your snowman some character. An Eyebrow snowman could have little arched lines above their eyes for a playful or mischievous look. A Waving snowman just needs a simple stick arm lifted up, perhaps with a cute mitten hand. 3. Dress Them Up: Hats, Scarves & More! This is the best part! The original drawing featured snowmen all dressed up for a party, and you can give your snowmen endless outfits. Think about these ideas from my collection: Top Hat snowman: A simple cylinder for the hat, with a brim. Easy peasy! Santa Hat snowman: A classic triangular shape with a fluffy pom-pom. Perfect for the holidays. Bucket Hat snowman: A more casual, rounded hat. You can even add a little brim. Jester snowman: Get creative with a multi-pointed hat and bells for a whimsical touch. Striped set snowman or Matching set snowman: Add simple lines or patterns to their scarves and hats for a coordinated look. Mitten snowman: Instead of stick hands, draw little rounded mittens peeking out from the sides. 4. Simple Details Make a Big Difference: Don't forget the small things that bring your snowman to life. A few dots for buttons down the front, some simple stick arms, or even a tiny snowflake drawn next to them. For a Tall snowman, simply make your circles more elongated. A Mini snowman could be just one small circle with minimal features. The possibilities are endless! One of the best things about simple pen art is that you can quickly sketch out different ideas without overthinking. It’s all about having fun and letting your creativity flow. So grab your favorite pen, maybe a Pilot Precise V5 RT like mine, and start drawing your own cute snowman party today! Which type of snowman will you draw first? I can't wait to see your creations!

Ohhh my goodness!!! So cuteee💕
