Osaka was so hot that I didn't feel like eating out. I got together with my friends for the first time in a long time, and I unexpectedly came across a good omakase sushi restaurant in Namba.

Unlike the shops that are often made too much, which are conscious of "shining" recently, the inside of the store has an old-fashioned calm atmosphere. Quiet and cozy, you can enjoy meals and conversations slowly.

He seems to have worked at a Chinese restaurant and can speak a little Chinese. Every time I served nigiri, he explained the material in Japanese and Chinese, which was somewhat warm and impressive.

This time, I had a 7,500 yen course with appetizer, soup, and sweetness in 10 pieces of handfuls. With this content and this price, the amount is solid and I am satisfied enough.

Impression that sushi is competing with straight technology rather than flashy. The aged tuna red meat and medium fatty tuna are cut a little thickly, and the faint acidity unique to aging and the sweetness of fat slowly spread in the mouth. It was excellent compatibility with sake.

The prawns were firm and had a crispy texture. The wasabi in the rice was also working properly, and the sweetness of the prawns was more pronounced.

And what left an impression was the grilled eel. When I was handed over, the seaweed was still crispy and warm, and the eel was plump and rich. However, the freshness and subtle numbness of the Japanese pepper leaves added on top cleanly cut the sweetness of the sauce. I am happy with such a casual job.

The temperature of the rice was just right, and when I put it in my mouth, there was a feeling of unraveling. It is a restaurant I want to remember when I want to talk with my friends while quietly eating sushi in the center of Namba.
