Summer walk necessities: for you & baby 🍉

I walk about 3-4 miles with baby girl every other day! Here are my tips for a long, comfortable, and prepared trip!

1. A comfy situation: if your baby is like mine, she wants to be able to lay out, flip from back to tummy, and see what’s going on around her! We have the Evenflo Pivot Suite stroller / car seat so we can convert it for those long walks!

2. Hydration is key, and I just gave you the holy grail recipe for your milk supply if you’re a breastfeeding momma. YW!!!!

3. I don’t care what anyone else, sketchers are bomb. And affordable. And they looked like hokas to me lol. But I always end up going home early if my feet hurt. So no more excuses! Hot mom walk in SKETCHERS all summer long!

4: NVGTN leggings are hands down my favorite leggings of all time. Sucks you in, buttery smooth, comfortable and I’ve never had a pair rip. Affordable? Maybe not so much but definitely worth it.

5. Sensory toys!! Keep that baby preoccupied. Nothing worse than trying to comfort a baby miles away from home.

6. A stroller fan: for the sake of the baby in this summer heat! Keep them cool and in some shade.

... Read moreSummer walks with your baby can be a delightful experience, provided you are well-prepared. First and foremost, choosing the right stroller is crucial. The Evenflo Pivot Suite Stroller not only serves as a car seat but can be converted into a comfortable bassinet, allowing your little one to lay flat and enjoy the surroundings. For breastfeeding moms, maintaining hydration is essential; consider bringing along coconut water or hydration packets to support milk supply. Comfort for mom is just as important! Opt for supportive footwear like Sketchers, which are praised for their affordability and comfort. NVGTN leggings, while a bit pricier, offer unparalleled softness and support, perfect for those long outings. To keep your baby engaged, sensory toys can be a lifesaver on walks—nothing distracts like a fun toy! Lastly, don’t forget a stroller fan to provide shade and keep the little one cool during those hot summer days. With these essentials, your summer walks can be enjoyable for both you and your little one.
