I’ve been prioritizing deep rest – I didn’t really understand how tired, overworked, burnt out, and overstimulated I’ve been through the last few years. I feel like I’m finally coming back into myself and my own power.

I’ve taken time to go deeper into hallowed living in my own life and I am feeling a call to slow down, to savor these moments, and to remember that being present with our family is just as important as the goals we’re creating paths toward. What I know is, the greatest gift I can give – to myself and to my family – is time. Time to connect, time to laugh, and time to create memories that feel like home. These kiddos are growing fast and I am so thankful I get to be here with them!
