Better good sour grapes and cherries
Okay, so I finally caved and picked up the Bettergoods Sour Coated Grapes and Sour Coated Cherries from Walmart after seeing them all over my feed! You know how it is when a new snack goes viral, you just have to try it. I found them right there on the freezer shelf, priced at $5.42 each, next to all the other cool frozen goodies like Swirl Smoothie Bowls and Dole Acai Bowls. I grabbed both the grapes and the cherries because, why not? Go big or go home, right? First up, the Bettergoods Sour Grapes. Oh. My. Goodness. If you're a fan of frozen grapes, these are a game-changer. The sour coating adds this incredible zing that perfectly complements the natural sweetness of the grape. It's not an overwhelmingly artificial sour, but a really pleasant, tart kick that makes your mouth water. The texture, like all frozen grapes, is just so satisfying – firm and icy at first, then bursting with juice. They're seriously addicting; I found myself reaching for more without even thinking. I can totally see why frozen grapes are so popular; that refreshing crunch is just unbeatable, and the sour twist takes it to a whole new level. Then I moved on to the Bettergoods Sour Cherries. I was equally excited about these, and they did not disappoint! The cherries offer a slightly different experience, with that classic cherry tartness already present, amplified by the sour coating. It's a deeper, richer flavor than the grapes, but still incredibly refreshing. Both of these sour coated fruit options are a fantastic alternative to traditional candied grapes if you're looking for something lighter but still packed with flavor. Forget asking "will sour grapes get sweeter?" with these, they embrace their sourness, and that's precisely their charm! Honestly, for $5.42, I think they're a pretty good deal for a fun, unique snack. They're perfect for a hot day, a movie night, or just when you need a little burst of flavor. If you're at Walmart, definitely swing by the freezer aisle and check out the Bettergoods line. They're definitely a new favorite 'Walmart find' for me!
