it can be hard to stay motivated when stress, anxiety, or other factors seem to be taking over. it all starts with growing your willpower. when you don’t want to do something but you force yourself to get up and do it you are strengthening your willpower. soon you will have tons of ambition and be productive in lots of different ways.

self care gets forgotten about a lot when stress, anxiety, and other things consume your mind. it’s important to remember to always take care of yourself. oral care, body care, gut health, mental care, emotional care, etc. when you have the time for these things trying turning your phone off and taking the time to care for yourself.
