ANESTHETICALLY treating ✨PCOS✨

With my journey with navigating PCOS I’ve learned that it’s not just eating better and working out. It’s taking back your life. Sure I have hard days, but learning that that is OKAY is key to continuing to better my PCOS symptoms. It’s the small things that count, I don’t have the numbers on weight loss yet but I’m focusing on finding myself again first.

... Read moreLiving with PCOS is truly a multifaceted experience that requires more than just traditional methods like diet changes or increasing physical activity. From my own experience, it’s about embracing the entire journey with compassion and patience toward yourself. For example, incorporating Metformin and a natural multivitamin routine alongside dietary changes helped me feel more balanced throughout the day. Choosing healthier drinks by swapping sugary sodas for no-sugar beverages and energizing coffees made a noticeable difference in my energy and mood. Movement doesn’t always mean intense workouts; simple actions like getting up regularly, not procrastinating on chores, and tackling tasks promptly can keep your body active and your mind motivated. I also found that dressing in a way that makes me happy when I look in the mirror supports my mental well-being and confidence, which plays a big role in managing PCOS. Importantly, I learned to accept that some days will be challenging and that’s okay. Recognizing vulnerability and giving ourselves grace allows us to continue moving forward without feeling defeated. PCOS is not just about losing weight; it’s about finding yourself again and celebrating small victories, like enhanced self-awareness and better habits. This holistic and personal approach helps in sustaining progress and improving overall quality of life with PCOS.
