Are these tax cuts really a bad thing?
No tax on tips, Social Security, or overtime pay—these policies would benefit millions of hardworking Americans, including retirees, service workers, and middle-class earners. None of these people are billionaires or millionaires, yet there’s strong opposition to these tax cuts.
So, the real question is: why would anyone oppose tax relief that helps everyday workers and seniors? Shouldn’t we be working toward policies that ease the financial burden on those who need it most?

Some servers don't claim cash tips but they get taxed on credit card tips and those tips can reflects on their paycheck as income. Even with that it's hard trying to rent an apartment or apply for a car loan. Only showing hourly server min wage on your paycheck when the paycheck is only like $50-100 will not help.
