It includes omega-3s from flaxseeds and walnuts, which are beneficial for hormone support and reducing inflammation. For lunch, a Simple Protein-Packed Chicken Caesar Salad with pumpkin seeds and olive oil helped maintain satiety and provided essential minerals such as zinc and magnesium known to support hormone production and estrogen metabolism. Dinner options like the Quick Cashew Chicken Protein Bowl, with its low-carb shirataki noodles and anti-inflammatory ingredients like ginger and garlic, further contributed to managing my symptoms. Using a meal tracker app designed specifically for PCOS also helped me stick to these healthy eating habits, creating consistency. Incorporating these balanced meals into my daily routine helped me feel more energized and supported my overall hormone health, demonstrating that with thoughtful food choices, managing PCOS symptoms becomes more achievable.
