Self Love, Let’s talk about it!

Let’s be Honest, Having self love and being able to keep it for yourself isn’t easy. From the time you hit puberty and your body starts to change all the way up until it’s time to say goodbye your body, face, and skin all change so many times. And then you have the world showing you “WHAT BEAUTY IS” and in reality those “BEAUTY” standards are unrealistic. Majority of the women that are considered Beautiful by what society says, are also going through the same mental problems with SELF LOVE, as the the next person who doesn’t meet the beauty standards of society’s eyes.

No one person is considered more beautiful than the other, why? Because we are all made differently for a reason. We’re not all meant to look the same when it comes to hourglass shapes, sharp jaw lines. Long eyelashes, big butts and whatever else.

We are different because that is what’s beautiful.

What makes you YOU, is the one thing the next person doesn’t have and that’s what makes you beautiful.

We are all equal in the eyes of beauty because we all bring different things to the table.

I am me my own kind of beauty because of what the creator decided to do with me that he didn’t do with the next.

So don’t look at the next and hate what’s different from you to her or him.

You’re your own KIND OF BEAUTIFUL.

And that’s the most beautiful thing to me.

Many people share the same insecurities, and by being authentic, you inspire others to do the same. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable and open about your struggle can create connections that foster healing and understanding. Ultimately, self-love is about recognizing your worth and treating yourself with kindness and respect. It’s crucial to remember that loving yourself is not selfish; it’s a necessary foundation for a healthy and fulfilling life. Embrace who you are, and shine your light brightly.
